Operations Service Officer Dubai, UAE Company: National Bonds Corporation About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Service Officer to join our Operations team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide efficient Electronic Data Processing (EDP) support across multiple operational functions while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and delivering high levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities Customer Data & Profile Management • Support operations teams with data clean-up and customer profile updates. • Assist with both new initiatives and ongoing organisational projects. Application Processing • Process assigned applications within agreed turnaround times. • Ensure daily transaction balancing and accuracy. Direct Debit Management • Manage the Direct Debit upload and confirmation process via Noor Bank. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Services • Validate and verify EFT transactions post-redemption and after upload on bank portals. • Review documentation and verify letters for manual EFT redemptions in accordance with internal thresholds. • Coordinate with customers to obtain required documentation. • Prioritise urgent requests related to cheque printing and EFT uploads. Redemption Cheque Handling • Manage cases related to stale, lost, or returned redemption cheques. • Arrange re-issuance and ensure appropriate documentation is obtained. NBC Regular Saver Mandates • Process registration, amendments, and cancellations of mandates. • Ensure documentation is completed and outstanding funds are cleared promptly. Stakeholder Coordination • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain efficient operational workflows. • Work closely with the Technical Service Unit to resolve web purchase errors. Compliance & Documentation • Maintain accurate system records and ensure documentation compliance. • Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. • Coordinate with the Operations Mail Unit to rectify any errors identified after customer verification. Key Performance Indicators • Deliver services within agreed turnaround times. • Maintain high accuracy and quality standards. • Ensure operational compliance and risk mitigation. • Achieve strong customer satisfaction results. • Maintain accurate records and audit trails within CRM systems.
