- Review project contract documents, drawings, specifications, and safety requirements including revisions
- Ensure contractor compliance with approved standards and contractual requirements
- Maintain daily records of contractor manpower, equipment, and site activities
- Conduct site supervision and inspections as directed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer
- Liaise daily with contractors to monitor progress, safety, and resource deployment
- Prepare daily inspection and progress reports including materials deliveries and work programs
- Implement and follow up on site instructions issued by project management
- Apply quality control procedures in accordance with approved Quality Management Systems
- Assist with site measurements, survey checks, alignments, and infrastructure verifications
- Monitor contractor QA and QC activities including materials testing and inspection records
- Conduct audit inspections to verify compliance with drawings and approved method statements
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, and other local authority regulations
- Promote strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in similar infrastructure or roads projects
- At least 3 years of UAE experience preferred
- Experience in structural and roads construction supervision
- RTA approval preferred
- Strong understanding of QA and QC procedures
