• Design and develop leadership and employee development programs that support business goals and workforce capability building.
• Partner with business leaders and teams to understand organizational challenges and design targeted learning solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives from concept design and program launch to implementation and evaluation.
• Deliver leadership coaching sessions to help managers strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance.
• Monitor learning program effectiveness using data and analytics to measure outcomes and impact.
• Design development frameworks that support performance management and leadership growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align learning initiatives with organizational strategy and operational priorities.
• Develop practical and engaging learning experiences that encourage participation and continuous improvement.

• Support knowledge sharing and capability development across different teams and business units.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in learning and development, leadership training, or organizational development roles.
• Strong program management and project coordination capabilities.
• Experience providing leadership coaching and development guidance.
• Data driven mindset with the ability to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ability to manage multiple development initiatives simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
