- Manage and coordinate the design process across mixed-use developments (residential, commercial, hospitality, retail)
- Act as the central point of contact between architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Review and manage design deliverables to ensure compliance with project brief, quality standards, and local regulations
- Monitor design programmes, manage interfaces, and resolve design-related issues
- Support value engineering, authority submissions, and design development through all project stages
- Ensure design intent is maintained from concept through construction
- 5–8 years’ experience in architectural design and/or design management
- Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working on mixed-use projects
- Strong understanding of the full design lifecycle in the Middle East
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
