- Manage an assigned SME portfolio with focus on deepening relationships and increasing wallet share
- Source new clients through structured prospecting and market engagement strategies
- Structure credit proposals aligned with client needs and internal risk frameworks
- Prepare and review credit applications, financials, and supporting documentation
- Monitor utilization of approved limits and optimize portfolio performance
- Identify early risk indicators and take corrective actions to protect asset quality
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver cross-sell opportunities across banking products
- Maintain regular client interaction through meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory policies and internal procedures
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Solid experience in SME or commercial banking environment
- Strong exposure to credit analysis, lending, and portfolio handling
- Understanding of UAE SME market dynamics and regulatory requirements
- Confident communicator with ability to influence and negotiate
- Self-driven with ability to manage targets and client expectations
