  • Acquire new SME clients and expand relationships with existing high-value customers
  • Build strong engagement with clients to understand financial needs and enhance service delivery
  • Cross-sell banking products including cash management, trade finance, and treasury solutions
  • Structure pricing and financial solutions aligned with client requirements and bank policies
  • Prepare and review credit applications, including financial analysis and documentation
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely renewal of credit facilities
  • Identify early warning signals and manage risks proactively
  • Maintain KYC compliance and adhere to regulatory and internal policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated banking solutions
  • Track sales performance and contribute to revenue growth through effective portfolio management
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
  • 5-9 years of experience in SME or commercial banking
  • Strong understanding of SME banking products and market dynamics
  • Experience in credit analysis, portfolio management, and client acquisition
  • Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment
