- Ensure optimal staffing levels across stores through effective workforce planning and coordination with recruitment teams
- Support store leaders in managing frontline performance through reviews, coaching, and targeted interventions
- Handle employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions in line with UAE labor laws
- Oversee consistent onboarding and delivery of frontline training and development programs
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention across store teams
- Coach store managers and supervisors to strengthen leadership and people management capabilities
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and timekeeping trends and implement corrective actions where required
- Ensure consistent execution of core people processes including performance reviews, probation assessments, talent identification, and improvement plans
- Support operational and structural changes while maintaining compliance and workforce stability
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of people and organization experience, including 2 to 3 years in a fast-paced frontline environment
- Proven experience managing large frontline workforces across multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, compliance, and employee relations practices
- Demonstrated capability in workforce planning, attendance management, and frontline performance management
- Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure and tight timelines
- Fluency in English, Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage
- Strategic people leadership role within large-scale supermarket operations in Dubai
