  • Drive sales performance across stores by managing KPIs such as conversion rate, average transaction value, and sales per square foot
  • Set and monitor store-level sales targets to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Guide Area Managers and Store Managers to improve productivity and operational efficiency
  • Implement and enforce company SOPs, policies, and loss prevention standards
  • Optimize operational costs through process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards across all stores
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of store teams to enhance service quality
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching to improve results
  • Conduct regular operational reviews and sales meetings with store leadership teams
  • Align store operations with customer needs and evolving retail trends
Employee Development
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with leadership to develop talent strategies
  • Build succession plans for key retail positions
  • Set performance KPIs and conduct structured appraisals
  • Support hiring and workforce planning for store operations
  • Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities
Communication
  • Conduct regional meetings to align teams on business goals and performance
  • Provide continuous feedback to Area and Store Managers
  • Coordinate with senior leadership on business planning and performance tracking
  • Ensure active participation in loyalty programs to boost customer retention
Stock Management
  • Oversee inventory control and stock availability across stores
  • Ensure efficient stock movement and minimize shrinkage
  • Align stock levels with sales trends and demand forecasting
Ideal Profile
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience managing multiple stores or regions
  • Strong commercial understanding of retail KPIs and profitability drivers
  • Leadership experience with ability to manage and develop large teams
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
