- Guide Area Managers and Store Managers to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Implement and enforce company SOPs, policies, and loss prevention standards
- Optimize operational costs through process improvements and automation initiatives
- Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards across all stores
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of store teams to enhance service quality
- Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching to improve results
- Conduct regular operational reviews and sales meetings with store leadership teams
- Align store operations with customer needs and evolving retail trends
- Identify training needs and collaborate with leadership to develop talent strategies
- Build succession plans for key retail positions
