- Operate cement pumping and mixing equipment including blenders, centrifugal pumps, and liquid additive metering systems
- Perform calculations to determine cement volume, additives, pressure, and mixing requirements
- Utilize Automatic Density Control software to monitor and record cementing job data
- Assist in rig-up and rig-down of cementing service equipment at work locations
- Transport and pull bulk equipment to plant facilities for loading operations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Troubleshoot cementing equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs as required
- Maintain bulk equipment and bulk plant facilities to operational standards
- Promote strong customer service relations at well sites
- Ensure compliance with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant oilfield cementing or equipment operation experience
- Basic knowledge of cementing calculations and wellsite operations
- Computer awareness in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate in simple written and spoken English
