- Rig up and rig down cementing equipment including storage vessels and data monitoring systems
- Perform pre-job technical calculations including pipe capacity, hydrostatic pressure, balanced plugs, bulk blending, and additive requirements
- Conduct pre-job safety meetings and review treatment programs with clients
- Supervise field crew during cementing operations and provide operational guidance
- Monitor treatment execution and ensure efficient equipment performance
- Troubleshoot operational issues and guide operators in resolving routine and complex problems
- Ensure all documentation, job tickets, fuel reports, and inspection records are completed accurately
- Operate heavy cementing service trucks and related equipment as required
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain equipment in proper working condition
- Promote strong customer relationships and deliver technical support on site
- Comply fully with ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and UAE HSE and Asset Integrity standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant cementing or oilfield services experience
- Strong knowledge of cementing calculations and oilfield operations
- Experience operating heavy equipment and cementing trucks
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and spoken English
