  • Lead all financial communications and act as primary advisor to senior leadership on market-relevant messaging and regulatory requirements
  • Manage release of financial information including performance updates, strategic initiatives, and market positioning
  • Develop and execute financial media plans and manage day-to-day relationships with financial and investment media
  • Proactively place financial and investment achievements across key international media channels
  • Support transaction-related communications and associated campaigns and programs
  • Work closely with investor relations teams to amplify financial communications with potential impact on share price and investor interest
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships across internal communications functions
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all financial communications
Management Responsibilities
  • Plan and supervise departmental activities and resources to achieve division objectives efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Implement approved operational plans in line with division goals
  • Develop team capabilities, innovation, and knowledge through personal development plans and succession planning
  • Support talent pipeline development and Emiratization objectives in coordination with Human Capability teams
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, finance, business, or a related field
  • Strong experience in financial communications, media relations, or investor communications
  • Proven ability to advise senior executives on market-facing communications
  • Experience working with financial media and managing high-profile announcements
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a regulated, high-visibility environment
