- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment
- Greet customers with a friendly approach and provide assistance throughout their visit
- Share accurate product information and support customers in making purchase decisions
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and follow up to improve satisfaction and sales conversion
- Handle checkout operations efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions
- Promote additional products to increase overall sales value
- Capture customer information and support database updates through POS systems
- Perform operational tasks including housekeeping and visual merchandising support
- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- High school qualification or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Physical ability to stand for long hours and perform lifting tasks
- Customer service and sales techniques
