In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting account growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, working closely with senior management to provide tailored solutions and maintain exceptional service standards.Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with senior management to align client expectations with company capabilities
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through value-added solutions
- Coordinate internally across teams to deliver seamless client service
- Monitor account performance and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Travel as required within the GCC to support client needs and maintain relationships
- Act as a professional and reliable representative of the company at all times
