- Welcome and register patients, ensuring accuracy in personal and medical information
- Manage front-desk operations including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payments
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and service recovery in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
- Support the launch and integration of new reception and patient management systems
- Provide information on clinic services, facilities, and promotions to patients
- Contribute to team goals by maintaining a high level of service satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Previous healthcare customer service experience is essential
- Fluency in Tagalog or Arabic is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach
- Experience in front-desk operations, patient coordination, and service recovery
- Proficient in clinic management software and MS Office applications
