As a Patient Relations Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring seamless front-desk operations, patient coordination, and service excellence. - Welcome and register patients while maintaining a calm and helpful presence

- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth communication and scheduling

- Proven experience in healthcare customer service or patient-facing roles
- Fluency in Tagalog or Arabic (required)
- Experience in front-desk systems and patient coordination workflows
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural clinical setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient privacy protocols preferred
- 5-day working week with structured scheduling
