Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and administer construction contracts (FIDIC & bespoke contracts)
-Prepare, review, and negotiate contractual terms, variations, and claims
-Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost forecasting
-Evaluate variations, extensions of time (EOT), and final accounts
-Handle subcontract agreements, payment certifications, and disputes
-Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and cost reports
-Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients on commercial matters
-Identify contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies
-Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirementsRequirements:
-Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
-7-10 years of experience in construction contracting
-Strong experience in contracts management and commercial administration
-Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts
-Proven experience in claims, variations, and final accounts
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills
-Proficient in MS Excel and commercial reporting
