- Manage and direct inspection unit operations to achieve performance targets related to accuracy, compliance and timeliness
- Develop and execute structured inspection plans aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Resolve complex compliance issues in coordination with internal departments and external authorities
- Review and authorize complex inspection reports involving financial penalties to ensure proper enforcement
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented to protect organizational interests and maintain regulatory standards
- Contribute to zone security planning and violation management strategies
- Liaise with governmental bodies including Trakhees, Dubai Police, Dubai Customs and other relevant agencies
- Communicate company policies effectively to promote compliance among stakeholders
- Address customer complaints related to inspection findings and regulatory matters
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting activities for the inspection section
- Provide specialist guidance, coaching and development to team members to enhance performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Logistics or related discipline
- Experience in regulatory compliance, inspection management or free zone operations within Dubai, UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks and enforcement procedures
- Proven leadership in managing inspection or compliance teams
