- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, and retention
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits programs
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain HR policies and ensure they are up to date
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and employee records
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree in HR or MBA
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
- Experience in a similar industry
