Lead Bridge Structural Engineer - Parsons Corporation - Dubai, UAE

• Lead the technical design and delivery of bridge and transportation structure projects across multiple assignments.
• Oversee structural engineering outputs, ensuring compliance with Dubai RTA standards and international codes.
• Conduct detailed technical reviews and quality checks before submission to clients and authorities.
• Deliver safe, efficient, and innovative bridge and infrastructure design solutions.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and implement cost-effective structural alternatives.
• Plan and allocate engineering resources to meet project timelines and design milestones.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of post-graduate experience in bridge and transportation structure design.
• At least 7 years of direct experience on RTA infrastructure projects in Dubai.
• Strong background in leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Proven experience delivering complex bridge and structural design packages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Advanced knowledge of bridge design standards and structural analysis methodologies.
• Experience in cut and cover tunnel structural design is advantageous.
