The position directly contributes to revenue generation, risk management, and client satisfaction. - Manage and grow relationships with high-value corporate clients within assigned portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new-to-bank clients aligned with risk frameworks
- Conduct detailed financial and market analysis to assess risks and identify growth potential
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex banking deals in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across financial institutions
- Develop account plans and ensure continuous alignment with client needs and market conditions
- Drive cross-selling of banking products including trade finance, cash management, and lending solutions
- Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring credit quality and compliance with internal policies
- Lead client meetings and strategic discussions to strengthen long-term partnerships
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely reporting across all activities
- Extensive experience in corporate, wholesale, or investment banking
- Proven track record in managing large client portfolios and generating revenue
- Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, and deal structuring
- Experience in handling complex transactions and cross-border banking activities
- Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
