This role is responsible for developing and managing a diversified wholesale banking portfolio while supporting the bank's strategic growth within ADGM. It involves close coordination with internal stakeholders and international teams to deliver tailored financial solutions while maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks and risk standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with institutional and corporate clients within ADGM ecosystem
  • Identify and originate new business opportunities across trade finance, lending, and capital flow products
  • Conduct financial and market analysis to assess risks and uncover growth opportunities
  • Structure and execute complex cross-border transactions in collaboration with internal teams
  • Develop account plans and continuously align them with market developments and client needs
  • Maintain strong networks across banking institutions to support deal origination and collaboration
  • Drive cross-selling of banking products to enhance portfolio returns
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including AML and KYC frameworks
  • Monitor portfolio performance and maintain high credit quality standards
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure adherence to governance processes
Ideal Profile
  • Extensive experience in wholesale or corporate banking relationship management
  • Strong understanding of ADGM regulatory environment and financial services framework
  • Proven ability to originate and execute complex banking transactions
  • Experience in managing large client portfolios and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a global banking environment with cross-border exposure
