Senior Manager FP and A - Al Futtaim Group - Dubai, UAE

• Lead annual budgeting cycles and quarterly forecasts for corporate functions and entities.
• Coordinate with business leaders to ensure accurate planning inputs and high-quality submissions in SAP BPC or SAC systems.
• Prepare executive-level budget and forecast presentations for senior leadership reviews.
• Manage monthly MIS reporting including P and L analysis, balance sheet highlights, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Deliver actionable financial insights through detailed variance analysis and trend evaluation.
• Oversee cost allocation models for shared services, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies.
• Lead biannual true-up processes, division sign-offs, and billing coordination.
• Own biweekly and monthly cash flow forecasting, including working capital analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to HR, Procurement, and Group Finance functions.
• Drive FP and A transformation initiatives including automation and system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.

• Extensive experience in corporate FP and A within large multi-entity organizations.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial modeling.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring finance teams.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing, governance frameworks, and internal controls.
• Experience working with SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar planning tools.
