Proficiency in contract and project management.
Should be able to manage and supervise various Civil infrastructure and industrial construction projects at the site.
Should be able to understand and undertake Excavation activities and concierge as Excavation issuing authority.
Should be able to understand and evaluate ON site – permit to works system and its implementation on various areas of the plant.
Lead cross-functional teams of contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient coordination and high-quality workmanship.
Should be able to apply principles of Quality management system to projects and ensure Total project life cycle management.
Collaborate closely with Contractor’s engineering and project teams to evaluate and implement upgrades, modifications or replacements of projects.
Knowledge of Power and Energy area distribution construction requirements.
Should be able to handle and manage the safety and quality of assigned projects at the site.
Review and advise on design drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals by contractors.
