- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle
- Lead talent acquisition for high-volume hiring (warehouse, logistics, customer support, tech roles)
- Implement and manage HRIS systems (Workday/SAP/SuccessFactors preferred)
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management processes
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce planning
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Lead HR transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Strong experience in HR operations and talent acquisition
- Exposure to HR systems (HRIS) and process automation
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
