Job Description:Aldar Education is currently seeking a Business Analyst for an immediate start in Abu Dhabi to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE, acting as a key link between schools and the Digital team to enhance digital adoption and effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful Aldar family of schools and to help shape the future of Abu Dhabi's leading school group.Responsible for acting as the primary link between schools and the Digital team, gathering feedback, identifying challenges, and driving enhancement opportunities. Supports digital adoption through training and change management, while translating insights into product strategy and roadmaps to ensure alignment with school needs. Act as the primary liaison between schools and the Digital and Technology team to ensure strong alignment between educational needs and digital solutions.
Support effective adoption, usage, and maturity of digital tools across the school network.
Gather insights, feedback, and challenges from schools and translate them into actionable inputs for digital improvement.
Drive communication, engagement, and change management related to digital initiatives.

Specific Duties

Engage regularly with teachers, school leaders, and support staff to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities related to digital tools.
Collect, analyze, and prioritize feedback to inform product enhancements and digital roadmaps.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for schools to maximize value from digital platforms.
Partner with the Digital team to ensure solutions are practical, user-centered, and aligned with school realities.
Develop and deliver communication materials, guidance, and best practices to support digital adoption.
Monitor usage, adoption levels, and maturity across schools, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support change management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
Act as an advocate for schools in digital planning and as an advocate for digital strategy within schools

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications

Relevant professional experience working with schools, education environments, or digital platforms.
Experience in training, support, or change enablement is an advantage

Minimum Experience

3-5 years of experience in education support, digital enablement, customer success, or stakeholder engagement roles.
Experience working directly with teachers, school leaders, or education teams is preferred.

Strong organizational and planning skills.
Cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage with diverse school communities.
Empathy for user needs and a user-centered mindset.
Ability to think strategically about digital maturity while supporting day-to-day adoption.
