This leadership role drives coordination between stakeholders, manages technical challenges, and ensures high-quality project execution.Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site leadership and engineering oversight across all phases of construction projects
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients to achieve project milestones
- Review and approve engineering designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Resolve complex technical challenges and provide innovative engineering solutions
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency
- Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and authority requirements
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers

- Oversee contract execution, variation management, and dispute resolution processes
