We are seeking a professional and motivated female Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This full-time position supports office operations within the construction/interiors space and is ideal for someone with 1-2 years' UAE experience who is organized, client-facing, and proficient with Microsoft Office.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support, including correspondence and document handling.
- Manage daily office tasks - filing, scheduling, call handling, and receptionist duties.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word and Excel.
- Coordinate with project teams and external stakeholders to follow up on requests and documentation.
- Maintain office records and assist with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking as required.
- Support management with calendar coordination, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics.
- Ensure professional, friendly interaction with clients and site teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years' UAE work experience - construction, contracting, or interiors background preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Female candidates preferred and expected to present a professional, client-friendly demeanor.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary range AED 5,000-8,000, dependent on experience and suitability.
