- Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract award
- Lead technical and commercial proposal development for infrastructure projects
- Develop winning bid strategies in collaboration with senior leadership teams
- Review tender documents, drawings, and client requirements for accurate submissions
- Coordinate with discipline leads to prepare cost estimates, fees, and delivery schedules
- Lead preparation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and submission documents
- Conduct market research to identify new business growth opportunities
- Ensure prequalification requirements and vendor registrations are completed on time
- Manage sub-consultant engagement, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Monitor CRM systems such as Salesforce to maintain accurate bid tracking data
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk, and approval processes
- Present proposals and bid strategies to internal risk committees
- Deliver submissions within strict deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Mentor junior team members and support team development
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or communications
- Extensive experience in bid management, proposal writing, and tender submissions
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, civil engineering, or consulting environments
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value bids and multiple stakeholders
- Experience with cost estimation, commercial proposals, and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred
