- Drive store sales performance and profitability, meeting targets for revenue, payroll control, shrink, and conversion rates
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and manage operational expenses effectively
- Maintain strict inventory control and oversee inbound and outbound stock movements, returns, and exchanges
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention standards
- Lead recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for store associates
- Conduct daily briefings and weekly meetings to review KPIs, sales targets, and performance improvements
- Maintain high standards of customer service through coaching and active presence on the sales floor
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional directives to enhance store presentation
- Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency at all times
- Analyze sales reports and performance data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- High school qualification or equivalent preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Store Manager with proven sales and profit results
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs including conversion, shrink, payroll, and inventory control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SAP systems
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills for detailed report analysis
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
