- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate clearly with patients families and caregivers regarding treatment and care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Support emergency response protocols and critical care coordination
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and patient safety guidelines
- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Board certification in pediatric emergency medicine
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric emergency care at consultant level
- Strong clinical judgment and emergency response capabilities
- Proven ability to manage high pressure critical situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Western training background preferred
- English fluency required with Arabic considered an advantage
