  • Develop and execute global aerospace and defense logistics strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives
  • Monitor aerospace industry trends, regulatory changes and defense logistics requirements to identify emerging opportunities
  • Design end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions for aerospace primes, MROs, tier suppliers and defense customers
  • Collaborate with solution engineering, operations, finance and marketing teams to implement vertical strategies and establish thought leadership
  • Build investment cases for expansion into new sub-verticals, technologies and geographic markets
  • Lead performance analytics initiatives to enhance operational excellence, cost efficiency and service quality
  • Champion integration of AI, automation and advanced analytics to improve supply chain visibility and resilience
  • Support global key account teams in developing strategic account plans and high-value customer solutions
  • Serve as subject matter expert for aerospace and defense supply chain operations
  • Strengthen executive-level client relationships and represent DP World at global aerospace conferences and industry forums
  • Develop training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives to elevate internal capability across regions
  • Ensure governance, compliance and risk management frameworks protect the organization while enabling growth
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, MBA preferred
  • 10 or more years of experience in aerospace and defense logistics or industrial supply chain strategy
  • Proven success in designing and implementing complex global logistics solutions
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace regulatory compliance, defense logistics and sustainability standards
  • Experience working across Europe, Middle East, Americas or Asia markets
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in performance metrics and digital transformation initiatives
