- Manage and execute high voltage electrical projects including substations, switchgear systems, transformers, and associated infrastructure.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal engineering teams to ensure project compliance with specifications and authority requirements.
- Review electrical drawings, single line diagrams, protection schemes, and technical submittals for accuracy and engineering compliance.
- Plan project activities, monitor execution progress, and ensure adherence to construction schedules and project budgets.
- Supervise site installation, testing, commissioning, and energization of high voltage electrical systems.
- Ensure all works comply with DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, and other local authority regulations as well as international electrical standards.
- Coordinate with QAQC teams to conduct inspections, testing procedures, and approval processes.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Maintain project documentation and support final testing, commissioning, and project handover processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Seven to ten years of experience working on high voltage electrical projects within MEP or power infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HV substations, switchgear, transformers, protection relays, and earthing systems.
- Experience coordinating with utility authorities and managing approval processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and technical problem solving skills.
