- Assist and collaborate with team members or other departments as needed to achieve company or departmental objectives.
- Prepare the sales order checklist.
- Identify issues and report them to the team leader.
- Communicate information clearly and respond to colleagues' questions effectively.
- Ensure adequate inventory of sales materials and supplies, and make sure all sales representatives have the necessary materials readily available..
- Ensure all FOC sales orders are approved by the Sales Supervisor or Division Managers.
- Maintain and organize the database of quotations, tenders, and other relevant documents on the company's shared drive for easy and quick access.
- Education: Bachelors Degree
- Additional details: Candidates are preferred to be based in the UAE and must be willing to move to company visa.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience
- Job Specific Skills: Require good knowledge in Supply & Demand Planning and good Excel skills.
