- Provide detailed knowledge of spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products
- Coordinate appointments, manage booking systems, and ensure smooth guest flow within the spa
- Consult guests professionally while maintaining confidentiality and emotional intelligence
- Promote and upsell wellness services and spa retail products to enhance guest satisfaction
- Liaise with therapists, reception teams, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain five-star service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations in Dubai
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Previous experience in a luxury day spa, resort spa, hotel front office, or guest relations environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build emotional connections with guests
- Excellent grooming standards and professional presentation
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation platforms
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage guest interactions in a fast-paced spa setting
