  • Monitor outstanding items and ensure timely resolution
  • Escalate ageing discrepancies and maintain supporting documentation
  • Process financial vouchers related to issuing and acquiring transactions
  • Post amortization entries for prepaid expenses
  • Support monthly reporting and account substantiation processes
  • Maintain audit trails and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Assist in internal and external audit requests with accurate data
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
  • Experience in financial operations or payment reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation principles and financial controls
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
