Supervising and monitoring the endowment’s financial and procedural policies and procedures, as well as reviewing reports and following up on financial transactions.Following up with the relevant departments and officials to ensure the accuracy of all endowment records and related documentation.Reviewing compliance with laws and regulations for all supervisory and control procedures.Monitoring budgets, expenditures, operational costs, and financial statements, ensuring proper reporting and documentation of all endowment-related financial activities.Reviewing and verifying reports from all departments to ensure accuracy and reliability of data and documents.Supervising the preparation of financial statements, reports, and all necessary documentation for endowment projects and investments, ensuring compliance with internal controls.Coordinating with internal and external auditors to verify the accuracy of financial data and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.Reviewing procedures and policies for all endowment accounts, financial statements, and investment reports to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.Supervising the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to endowment investments, projects, and operations, ensuring proper execution and recordkeeping.Monitoring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as reviewing any reports submitted by departments to ensure transparency and accountability.Overseeing all administrative, technical, and operational procedures, ensuring all endowment activities are conducted in accordance with approved policies and internal controls.Acting as a liaison with officials and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of procedures, timely reporting, and adherence to policies from all relevant parties.
Section Head: starting 48,000 and there is 2% on each extra year of experience the candidate has after the minimum years of experience of the grade OR between 5% to15% salary increase depending on the candidate current salary and whether he is working in Abu Dhabi government or private sector.
