Regulatory Financial Review Section Head//Abu Dhabi

• Manage the review of the audited financial statements of licensed energy companies, as well as the preparation of reports.
• Examine the financial health and resources of existing licensed companies to ensure that customers continue to receive secure and efficient services.
• Evaluate the financial performance of the existing licensed price-controlled companies in relation to the price control assumptions and allowances, as well as previous year performance.
• Review and approve the periodic financial reports submitted by licensed companies operating in the sector, identifying any errors or discrepancies, and recommending any improvements.
• Provide the necessary support for the implementation of any other financial and investment activities.
