- Handle confidential correspondence, documentation, and email communication on behalf of the executive
- Arrange travel itineraries including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and transportation arrangements
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and communication flow
- Assist with personal errands, appointments, and administrative responsibilities when required
- Prepare presentations, executive reports, and briefing documents for meetings and strategic reviews
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for efficient information retrieval
- Screen phone calls and prioritize requests requiring executive attention
- Support coordination of corporate events, meetings, and executive engagements when required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
- 4 to 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives
- Experience working within corporate or real estate organizations considered an advantage
- Proven ability to manage executive schedules, travel arrangements, and confidential communications
