We are working with a leading international law firm in Dubai to hire a Legal Practice Support Assistant. This role will provide crucial support to lawyers, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality administrative support, and efficient client service.Key Responsibilities:Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and prepare materials.Assist with billing, new matter setup, file management, and document drafting/proofreading.Organize travel, presentations, and client events.Liaise professionally with clients, internal teams, and external contacts.Support fee earners with emails, internal processes, and IT issues as needed.Maintain accurate records and assist with general office duties.Requirements:Secretarial qualification preferred.Typing speed of 60+ wpm; strong Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.Experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably corporate, finance, or dispute resolution.Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.Personable, proactive, and flexible team player.FOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Lucy Vincent
