The Specialist ENT Otolaryngology is responsible for providing comprehensive care for ENT disorders, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and continuous patient management across both acute and chronic conditions.Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat ENT conditions affecting adults and children
- Perform outpatient procedures and assist in minor surgical interventions
- Manage conditions such as sinus disease, hearing disorders, allergies, and throat conditions
- Collaborate with audiology, pediatrics, and internal medicine teams for integrated care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
- Medical degree with specialization in ENT or Otolaryngology
- Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification clinical experience
- Eligibility for DHA Specialist licensing
- Strong clinical and procedural skills in ENT care
- Experience in managing both adult and pediatric ENT cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in multicultural healthcare environments
