The Specialist ENT Otolaryngology is responsible for diagnosing and managing ENT conditions across all age groups, ensuring effective treatment plans and coordinated care in line with clinical best practices.Key Responsibilities
- Provide diagnosis and treatment for ENT conditions in adults and children
- Perform outpatient procedures and assist with minor surgical interventions
- Manage acute and chronic ENT disorders including sinus conditions, hearing loss, allergies, and throat issues
- Collaborate with audiology, pediatrics, and internal medicine teams for integrated care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
- Participate in departmental meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
- Medical degree with specialization in ENT or Otolaryngology
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Eligibility for DHA Specialist licensing
- Strong clinical and procedural expertise in ENT care
- Experience in both adult and pediatric ENT cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
