- Has significant expertise in recruiting financial leaders and professionals for top-tier roles, understanding the nuances of financial and regulatory requirements within the UAE context.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to Emiratization and fostering the representation of UAE Nationals in key corporate roles, combining strategic intent with practical execution.
- Possesses a solid foundation in HR business partnering, talent and change management, adeptly aligning recruitment initiatives with business objectives and organizational transformation.
- Is proficient in vendor management, able to build, assess, and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners to ensure efficient talent pipelines.
