Position Type ManagementInspiring travel. Powering performance. Thriving together.Role SummaryThe Manager, Luxury Brands, MEA supports the pull-through of Luxury Brand initiatives and brand marketing campaigns for Luxury Brands MEA.The position will have primary focus in four key areas:
- Culturally Relevant Brand Marketing – Support the execution of 360-degree brand marketing campaigns and activations in key source markets for Luxury Brands MEA.
- Localized Brand Management – Partner across team on Luxury brand strategy roll-out and ensure pull through and localization of brand initiatives across the continent.
- Luxury Group Alignment – Drive organizational alignment by creating and providing brand toolkits and guidelines to other disciplines and hotel teams to ensure on-brand operation.
- On-Strategy Portfolio Growth – Provide support to Senior Director, Portfolio Growth, MEA as required.
- Ability to handle the complexities of working across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrates ability to adapt programs and activity to meet local market and culture needs.
- Initiative-taker with strong time management.
- Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively, and satisfy localisation requirements for diverse markets.
- Team player that works well with counterparts from various functions/departments
- Possesses an understanding of content marketing strategies and consumer insights strongly preferred.
- Experience establishing effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Sets ambitious standards of performance for self; assumes responsibility for work objectives; initiates, focuses, and monitors the efforts of self toward the accomplishment of goals; proactively takes action and goes beyond what is required.
- 2-4 years of work experience, to include hotel operations, brand marketing and/or luxury brand experience
- University degree preferred.
- Experience in MEA markets preferred.
- Language requirements: High proficiency in English is required. Additional language knowledge or proficiency is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to use standard software applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams).
