Job Title: HR Admin OfficerJob SummaryThe HR Admin Officer is responsible for supporting daily human resources and administrative operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes, maintains employee records, assists in recruitment, and supports compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Ensure HR policies are communicated and followed
2. Recruitment Support
  • Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in the selection and offer process
3. Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries
  • Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
  • Help organize employee engagement activities
4. Administrative Duties
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems
  • Assist in organizing meetings and HR events
  • Support general office administration tasks
5. Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain confidential employee information
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers may be considered in some cases)
Key Skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
