- Supervise and inspect electromechanical installations including electrical, mechanical, control, and instrumentation systems
- Ensure compliance with DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, NFPA, IEC, and relevant authority standards
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and as-built documentation
- Witness factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests for pumps, switchgear, control panels, SCADA, and ITS systems
- Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are completed before system handover
- Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve interface issues
- Liaise with authorities for inspections, approvals, and NOC processing
- Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
- Verify O and M manuals, spare parts lists, and assist in punch list preparation
- Maintain inspection logs, test records, and prepare progress reports
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 7 to 14 years of experience in electromechanical infrastructure projects
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of mandatory UAE experience
- RTA or Dubai Municipality approval preferred
- Strong knowledge of testing, commissioning, and system integration
- Experience coordinating with local authorities and utility providers
- Electromechanical construction supervision
