- Ensure route staff deployment as per the resource allocation in operation.
- Maintain the record of new and organic business for resource reconciliation.
- Perform route analysis / optimization to adjust new and organic business services.
- Familiarize with changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments, to maintain compliance and avoid any financial cost.
- Provide timely and satisfactory response to internal and external operational correspondence.
- Proactively communicate any expected service delays/miss to customers.
- Closely monitor new business, prime customers, emergency, and special services.
- Maintain and update the CIT Customer data with 900+ listed customers.
- Prepare and send daily Crew Deployment Report of 70+ routes to TG Command Center & regulatory authority (PSFRD). Send Crew Deployment amendment to PSFRD in case of staff absence or change of vehicle. Daily 10+ changes recorded.
- Ensure staff compliance with SOP, company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (PSFRD).
- Support operation supervisors with routine CIT/ATM/SCDM/Kiosk services and monitor all teams for timely service completion.
- Dispatch and monitor daily 1600+ services in Northern Emirates including 100+ Ad hoc services and 2 dedicated routes.
- Maintain daily services record, staff nominal roll, annual leave schedule, regulatory training, and coordinate with Admin for staff requirements (Passport, Visa Copy, Uniforms etc.).
- Immediately resolve any issues arising or escalate to Operations Officer and Assistant Manager Operation and perform any other task assigned by Senior Supervisor and Operations Officer.
- Analyze operational routes data for route optimization to improve route efficiency.
- Identify processes and solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Encourage staff to identify inefficiencies and processes for solution improvement.
- Promote collaboration and teamwork adopting innovative strategies in day-to-day operations.
- 3 years of experience in Security industry, especially in Cash services.
- Excellent knowledge of ATM / CDM/ CIT operations.
- High School/Diploma.
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent Reporting, Customer management, and performance management skills.
- Strong literacy skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory law for Cash Operations.
