Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Sr. Planning Engineer to lead planning activities for their high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and delay analysis.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and progress reports- Conduct delay analysis and prepare EOT claims- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project delivery- Review and update project schedules to reflect changes and progress- Provide planning and scheduling support for project teamsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering- 10-12 years of construction planning experience- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory)- Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, EOTs, and delay analysis- Experience on large-scale building/high-rise projects- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint- UAE/GCC experience preferredNote: Must be available in UAE for face-to-face interview.Service Charge to be charged from Candidate upon confirmation from employer.
