Civil Planning Engineer

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules for civil engineering projects.
• Ensure all construction activities are planned and executed efficiently.
• Analyze project specifications and collaborate with the design team to ensure feasibility and practicality.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Prepare cost estimates, material lists, and resource requirements for project planning.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review design documents, drawings, and construction methods to identify potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Document project progress and prepare reports for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in civil engineering project planning and management in U.A.E.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in U.A.E. .
• Expert in Primavera P6 and and in Excel.
• Available U.A.E. Driving License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
