Qualification: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)
Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools
Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress and status reports
Coordinate with site and project teams to ensure timely execution of project activities
Identify potential delays and implement effective mitigation strategies
Prepare project baselines, updates, and conduct delay analysis when required
Ensure all planning activities align with project objectives and deadlinesRequirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the UAE construction sector
Mandatory experience working with a main contractor
Strong background in civil construction projects
Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project
Ability to prepare schedules, baselines, progress reports, and delay analysisAdditional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
