Senior Specialist, Fire & Rescue Operations

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in fire and rescue services, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• A proven track record of supervisory management within fire and rescue projects, preferably in the context of organizational transformation and improvement.
• Support the development of the vision and strategy.
• Support the change management process and the stakeholder engagement for the successful execution of the project.
• Deliver project review recommendations and business case solutions for Executive Leadership team endorsement.
• Assist in the development of the roadmap and the action plan for the implementation of the strategy, including the timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• A strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
